Critical Path Capital is initially focusing on acquiring HVAC and electrification contractors in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest (potentially expanding to other regions in the future).

Prospects will have revenue exceeding $5m/year, a solid or growing heat pump and/or electrification practice, a strong team and reputation, and a desire for growth and impact. (We may consider smaller firms under particular circumstances.)
